The primary event center, established in 2009, is a grand 6,800 square feet of timeless elegance. Neutral tones, limestone accents, hardwood floors, travertine tile, exposed wood beams, ornamental iron, large chandeliers, and panoramic windows are designed to bring the outdoors in. The private surrounding grounds are canopied in century live oak trees that can be viewed throughout.

The Magnolia House at Cathedral Oaks, constructed in the 1850s, is the original homestead on property. The residence has been converted into a flexible boutique event venue while carefully preserving its historic charm. Original hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings, and antique windows beautifully appoint the interiors while the private grounds are surrounded by picturesque white picket fencing.
